Jay Frigoletto
Jay Frigoletto

Jay Frigoletto is an award-winning, veteran mastering engineer, having owned high-end mastering studios in both Los Angeles and Atlanta. In late 2005 he completed a new state-of-the-art mastering facility northwest of Boston, catering both to major labels and independent artists. His clients have included a who's who of artists in rock, hip hop, jazz, latin, and country, including Alice in Chains, Ani DiFranco, Oasis, India.Arie, Black Eyed Peas, Blondie, INXS, Shinedown, Crossfade, Nonpoint, Damage Plan, Saliva, Tesla, Clay Walker, The Yellowjackets, Spock's Beard, Soraya, Intocable, Kumbia Kings, and the X-Men 2 soundtrack. Albums Jay has mastered have earned a Grammy award, several Grammy and Latin Grammy nominations, gold and multi-platinum record awards. He is also an accomplished pianist, multi-instrumentalist, and alumnus of Berklee College of Music.

Brendan Connors
Brendan Connors

Brendan began working for Studio Metronome in 2009. He spent the early years of his career traveling as an audio engineer for Abbey Road Live; facilitating the multi-track recording, mixing, mastering, authoring and duplication of concert recordings for artists at venues all over the world. He has recorded and mixed hundreds of concerts and dozens of bands, such as performances by The Pixies, Gov’t Mule, Moe, Ani DiFranco, Jackie Greene, George Porter, and the Steve Miller Band. Since then he has taken on the role of house engineer at Studio Metronome and general manager of Metronome Multimedia. Brendan also offers mastering services out of Mastersuite Studios. Brendan grew up around boston and he has been playing electric bass since the age of 11. His passion for audio, electronics and music, led him to pursue and complete a Bachelor of Science in Audio and Media Technology at the New England Institute of Art.

Tape Restoration and Transfer

If you’re an artist or producer that has been around for more than the last decade of digital recording, you probably have at least a few tapes that are sitting on a shelf at home. Metronome owns several vintage analog and digital recording machines and can transfer your tapes into the digital domain, ensuring that your project lives on for decades to come. If there is a format you don’t see listed, feel free to ask! Just because we don’t have it listed doesn’t mean we can’t transfer it.

Luc's works include "Russell Peters vs. The World", "Lucy in London”, "Close Call", "Tropix", “Rock n Roll Dreams of Duncan Christopher” and “Out West” Luc's vast production work includes movies, music videos, commercials, documentaries, celebrity interviews, DVDs, reality shows, TV pilots & corporate training videos working for the likes of Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Sony, MGM, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, The BBC in London, Netflix & EpixHD.

Chris Cucinatto
Chris Cucinatto

Chris Cucinotto is a cinematographer/director based out of Wakefield, Massachusetts with more than 6 years of experience in video production. He is a graduate of Salem State University where he obtained his BA in Media Production. Since graduating in 2010, Chris has been working directly with industry professionals in all assets of video production. He has directed and filmed over 100 live concerts, several music videos, and edited over 2 dozen videos. He is also a musician with over 10 years of experience playing shows here in Boston and all over the the country. Some of his clients include GLP Creative, Metronome Multimedia, AOL Inc., D2 Productions, We Were Astronauts, goste & The Boston Fisheries Foundation. Tamara Al-Mashouk
Tamara Al-Mashouk

Tamara Al-Mashouk (b. 1988) is a video artist that is happiest when entangled in cables, behind a monitor, or burning from the weight of a camera on her shoulder. She graduated with a Bachelors of Architecture from Smith and Wellesley Colleges (2010) and went on to pursue a Post-Bac degree at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (2012). In the years that followed, she dove into the worlds of music and performance, playing videos in a live context at private events, festivals, and public venues such as The Middle East in Boston and The Knitting Factory, Glasslands, and Mercury Lounge in New York. She is currently a Masters of Fine Arts candidate at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts where she has received scholarship awards for both her MFA and her Post-Bac degree.
